What is Ridedesk?
Ridedesk is a cloud-based dispatch platform for taxi, limo and chauffeur operators. It allows businesses to:

Users sign in with their Google account to securely access their Ridedesk dashboard. Google Sign-In only reads your basic profile (name and email) to create and access your Ridedesk account.

What data we collect & how we use it
Ridedesk is transparent about the data it requests from operators and their passengers. We only collect what is necessary to operate the dispatch platform.
- Google Sign-In (name & email): used solely to create and authenticate your Ridedesk operator account. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any other Google service.
- Booking details (pickup, dropoff, passenger name, phone, flight): stored so dispatchers and drivers can fulfil the ride. Data is isolated per operator (row-level security) and never sold.
- Dispatch & fleet data (drivers, vehicles, assignments, status): used to operate the dispatch board and generate the operator's reports.
- Payments (Stripe): subscription and optional passenger payments are processed by Stripe. Ridedesk stores Stripe customer and subscription IDs only — full card details never touch our servers.
- Communications (email): transactional emails (welcome, password reset, booking confirmations) are sent from info@taxi-webdesign.com. We do not send marketing email without opt-in.
