This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid to ElevateCode LLCfor the RideDesk service.
1. 30-day free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required to try the Service, so no charges are incurred during the trial.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed in advance on a rolling basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, and you retain access until the end of the paid period.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are billed once for the year. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal and have not made substantial operational use of the Service (as reasonably determined by us), you may request a full refund of the annual fee. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you retain access until the end of the paid year.
4. Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or continued billing after a successful cancellation), contact us and we will refund the affected amount in full.
5. Service unavailability
If a verifiable, prolonged Service outage prevents you from using RideDesk for an extended period, we may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Accounts that trigger unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
7. How to request a refund
Email info@taxi-webdesign.com from the address on your account, including your workspace name and the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Taxes
Refunds cover the base subscription fee only. Taxes are refunded according to the rules of the taxing authority in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
